has spent the past 15 years shaping the professional beauty industry from the inside out— building brands, leading teams, and driving market growth across North America. Her career spans powerhouse names like Bumble and bumble, amika, and K18 Hair, where she launched inaugural field teams, regional + national distribution setup, scaled affiliate programs during a pandemic, and architected loyalty platforms that deepened brand connection and accelerated sales.

Her work has always been rooted in community and activating brand loyalists and super users, such as hair stylists + colorists. Whether growing @amikapro from baseline to over 50K stylist followers, mentoring field teams to deliver sell-through success, or creating The Stylist League focus group at amika to ground salon voices in channel decision making, Kate has consistently fused education, storytelling, and strategy to elevate the in-salon brand experience + synergy.

As a certified Corporate Sustainability strategist (NYU Stern) and having served the Professional Beauty Association through a variety of positions, Kate has championed innovation across the salon ecosystem. She serves on the Advisory Council of the hair care industry’s first sustainability non-profit, the Green Beauty Community Foundation. Her recent certification through the ROI Institute reflects her commitment to measurable,  values-driven impact.

With the launch of Bloom Collaborative, Kate is channeling her experience into a new mission: helping founders, brands, and organizations bridge passion, purpose, and profits. 

Bloom is more than a consultancy—it’s a movement to align operational clarity with sustainability, storytelling, and strategic growth.
